We cannot wait to have you with us in Accra. Friday brings our families together for our traditional ceremony, followed on Saturday by an evening of dinner, music and dancing. Here is what to expect across the weekend and how to get ready for each celebration.
What to Expect
Traditional Ceremony
Friday, 18th December 2026
Our families will come together for an Ashanti traditional ceremony, sharing heritage, music and celebration with the people closest to us.

All-white or African wear; kente encouraged.

Saturday, 19th December 2026
Reception Party
On Saturday, we will gather for dinner, music and dancing with our closest family and friends. Come ready to celebrate and spend the evening with us.

Arrive from 4pm until late · Ghana time
Tennis Court & Leisure Centre, Chain Homes
Formal evening gowns and suits.

Good to Know
We are sharing this weekend with our closest family and friends. Please RSVP separately for each named guest attending each celebration. If you cannot attend, no RSVP is needed. Invitations are not transferable.

Both celebrations are adults-only. We recommend Uber for getting to and from Chain Homes. Please check the venue for each day: No. 19 on Friday, and the Tennis Court & Leisure Centre on Saturday.

Flying in? We recommend arriving during the week beginning Monday 14 December, giving you time to settle in before the celebrations.
